5ZW120 High Pressure Descaling Pump for CSP Steel Mill Applications

Wuxi Petrel’s 5ZW120 High Pressure Descaling Pump has demonstrated excellent reliability and stable performance in continuous CSP (Compact Strip Production) line operation. After more than 10,000 hours of service in a steel mill application, the pump continues to maintain peak operating performance, proving its durability in demanding industrial environments.

During operation, key monitoring parameters include outlet pressure stability, fluid end vibration, lubrication oil pressure, and power end temperature. Among these inspection points, lubrication performance plays a critical role in ensuring long-term reliability of the power end. The recommended lubrication oil pressure should remain above 2 bar, while the oil temperature should be maintained below 70°C (158 °F) for safe and stable operation.

Designed for high-pressure steel descaling applications, the 5ZW120 provides a reliable alternative solution to traditional imported pumps.
